Saucony Showcases Grid Web in Pop Art-Like OG Colorway
The retro runner hits shelves on July 26.
Succeeding a collaboration with KITH featuring two variations of Grid Web runners, Saucony brings back the eye-catching silhouette in an original colorway for the summer.
The American athletic brand highlights its retro runner, which includes white mesh overlays enshrouded with a black and blue web cage along the upper, elevated by modern elements. Hints of yellow, orange and blue hues amp up the overall sneaker, which infuses defined black lines for a bolder look compared to its predecessors. Saucony’s cushioning stands out with wave-like marks throughout the sole, with an emphasis on its signature Grid technology. Meanwhile, a neoprene detail overlaid on the laces harks back to the brand’s three dot emblem signifying boulders along a creek, displaying a balance between classic and contemporary design in the shoe.
The White/Grey/Blue Saucony will be available at stockists like Overkill starting on July 26. In other footwear news, be sure to check out official imagery of Kyrie Irving‘s Spongebob Squarepants collaboration.
