Opening Ceremony Crafts Vans Slip-Ons From Transparent PVC
Choose from “True White,” “Black,” “Knockout Pink,” or “Sharp Green.”

Opening Ceremony and Vans are continuing its successful collaboration with the release of four transparent Slip-Ons.
The Slip-Ons are made from malleable transparent PVC and are completely tonal. Other than a small Vans tab on the front-quarter and a tonal rear license plate, the exterior is left completely clean. Tonal stitching, a bold matching sole unit and colored waffle outsole round off the shoe’s aesthetic. Keeping in tune with the block color scheme, Opening Ceremony finishes each pair with complementing insoles featuring the American label’s logo.
Previous collaborations have seen Slip-Ons featuring Chinese porcelain patterns, patent leather and iridescent silk, yet arguably, no collaborative pairs have been as progressive or daring to date as these.
All four colors, which include “True White,” “Black,” “Knockout Pink,” and “Sharp Green,” will drop at Opening Ceremony stores and online on July 19 for $70 USD.
