EXCLUSIVE: GOAT Offers Rare Closer Look at fragment design x Air Jordan 3 Sample
View the ultra rare shoe in full augmented reality.
First seen on the feet of fragment design mastermind Hiroshi Fujiwara, his collaborative Air Jordan 3 was only seen in sample form, never destined to attain wider release. Fortunately for sneaker historians across the globe, sneaker experts GOAT have unearthed a pair of the rare sneakers, offering a closer look via augmented reality.
Considered to be one of the rarest Jordan samples of all time, only a few samples of the fragment design x Air Jordan 3 have ever seen the light of day, making it nigh-impossible for one to ever get their hands on a pair. However, GOATS’ AR program grants sneakerheads the opportunity to get up close and personal with the shoe, scoping out all the details in three dimensions.
Notable details on the special shoe include white tumbled leather on the upper, with the fragment tooling code and embossed fragment logo seen towards the heel. Hits of blue complement the smooth black leather that replaces the familiar elephant print, making for an understated take on the iconic shoe.
