BAPE Dresses Its Type 1 BAPEX With NATO Straps
Decked out in black-and-gold.
Continuously updating its coveted line of Rolex-inspired timepieces, this time around BAPE adds new NATO straps to its Type 1 BAPEX range.
The watch incorporates a black-and-gold outer dial while the face is featured in the same stealthy hues. Within its polished case, an Ape Head insignia and BAPEX motif help to elevate the piece, along with its glow-in-the-dark hands. The NATO strap is designed with two black stripes running down the outer portion, while a grey line is featured in the middle. Additionally a white Ape Head logo appears on the inner portion of the strap. Finally gold closures complement the look of the new model.
Look for the new Type 1 BAPEX NATO straps watch to land at BAPE retailers and online this Saturday, August 3 for ¥42,800 JPY + taxes (approximately $394 USD).
