On the second day of Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2020 (which saw Off-White™ debuting Futura and Nike collaborations), Jonathan Anderson and his JW Anderson label returned to the City of Lights to showcase their seasonal offerings on the runway.
Throughout the looks that came down the runway, the Northern Irish designer incorporated various color palettes ranging from demure tones of black, white and beige to more seasonal appropriate blue, pink, green and yellow pastels. Unconventional silhouettes took the spotlight such as knitted sweaters with large portions cut out and tailored trench coats that saw added sleeves. Leg wear also stole the show which saw top-notch tailoring being offered up. Pieces were then elevated with gold and silver metallic totes and rucksacks and symmetrical details. Elsewhere crochet, pleats, colorblocking and tassels dazzled the crowd along with the knitted headwear.
