HODINKEE & Oris Collaborate on Limited-Edition Divers Sixty-Five Watch
Featuring a ghost bezel.

Hodinkee continues its savvy approach to collaborative watches, this time with Oris‘ Divers Sixty-Five watch. As with past watches, Hodinkee once again incorporates its breadth of knowledge (along with a story) for a vintage-inspired take on a watch that was originally created in 1965.
While the 40mm case takes on a familiar design that is synonymous with the classic dive watch, the insides paint a different picture. Gone is the automatic movement and in place now is a specially-modified, hand-wound version of the Sellita 210-1 — a first of its kind for this particular watch. This decision to forego an automatic movement not only gives the watch a classic touch but also allows for a slimmer case profile.
Furthering the vintage watch aesthetic are golden-brown printed markers, an unprotected big crown, a matte-black dial, domed sapphire crystal, and the pièce de résistance, a ghost-grey bezel insert.
Produced in a limited run of 250 pieces, the HODINKEE x Oris Diver Sixty-Five watch launches later today at 10 am EST for a retail price of $2,300 USD — shipping out on July 10. Head on over to HONDINKEE’s home page to reserve one now.
