Heron Preston initially teased the first sneaker from his label earlier this year, giving fans a glimpse at a hiking-inspired, lug-soled shoe. Now as Fall/Winter 2019 slowly creeps around the corner, a closer look — and an additional colorway — of the upcoming footwear has surfaced.
Officially dubbed the “Security” sneakers, the chunky style is constructed of mesh, leather and suede and offered in options of navy blue (as seen in January) and in white. The blue version is contrasted with red accents along the eyestay and “PULL” logo on the heel, while the white edition is accentuated with highlighter-yellow and orange details. Along the upper, mesh windows and reflective designs add to the utilitarian aesthetic, while a Vibram outsole finishes it off with a heavy-duty foundation.
Priced at $436 USD, Heron Preston’s Security Low-Top Leather Trainers are expected to release soon from retailers such as MATCHESFASHION.com.
