Returning for Spring/Summer 2019, Chinese label ATTEMPT has crafted a new collection dominated by evocative relaxed cuts.

Dubbed “The Side Effects,” the expansive range continues the fledgling label’s goal to eliminate boundaries within fashion. For SS19, designer Liang Dong placed a deliberate focus on combining different styles and conflicting elements to create a thorough design language.

Maintaining a mainly monochromatic color scheme, traditional menswear staples are skewed via asymmetric tailoring and give new form in relaxed cuts. Trousers riddled with strap detailing and unique seam lines stand out in the looks presented as they express a conflicting done undone feeling. A cohesive selection of tops and light outerwear come marked with contrasting bright tie-dye, overdye washes, striking graphics and exposed stitching. While choice silver-tone accessories and carrying options serve to round up the SS19 collection.
