Aries' FW19 Collection Mashes up Tailored Cuts & Technical Outdoor Wear
Including space-dyed jumpers, houndstooth suits, graphic tees and more.
With its vibrant Spring/Summer 2019 collection in full swing, Aries continues ahead with its latest seasonal lineup of cold weather garments. The inaugural Fall/Winter 2019 collection comes packed with technical outdoor wear, informed by retro ’90s references and textured silhouettes that range from futuristic knitwear to leather puffers.
An extended leopard print fur coat, space-dyed jumper, fine merino wool knits and double-waisted jeans are among some pieces in the expansive slew of garments served up this season. Tailored cuts like wool houndstooth suits sit next to garments like hefty shearling jacket, graphic tees and striped button-ups, offering a youthful unification of the label’s rugged designs and diverse textiles. Bold new prints like chain patterns and the label’s recurring “No Problemo” graphic also enter into the mix.
One Standout piece is the black leather puffer jacket that comes with a shearling collar tinged in a warm ochre hue. Complete in tonal black, the zipper is attached to an extended pull rope that’s accented with tiger-stripes. Another highlight is a fuzzy black velvet suit, detailed in contrasting gold chain patterns. Other pieces like shirts and trousers clad in a special windbreaker material, washed out denim and bags made out of sheepskin round up the assemblage.
