Pop Trading Company has given the New Balance 1500 two premium seasonal reworks in “Electric Yellow” and “Pearl White.” The Made in England silhouette is available in pigskin suede and tumbled leather respectively, with both featuring a reflective “N” emblem.
Both pairs feature a custom-made transparent Pop Trading Company lace lock and a minimally-branded sock liner. The pigskin suede “Electric Yellow” 1500 features all-around tonal embroidery, whereas the more luxurious, tumbled leather offering is contrasted with white embroidery, highlighting the sneakers “1500,” “NB” and “Made in England” detailing.
Both pairs sit atop New Balance‘s ENCAP sole unit — one of the footwear imprint’s most supportive and cushioned offerings — and are rounded off by a contrasting black outsole.
The “Electric Yellow’ 1500 will be priced at €170 EUR and the “Pearl White” €190 EUR (approximately $190-$210 USD respectively). Both pairs will initially drop on June 1 at the Pop Trading Company store in Amsterdam, with a release on its website on June 3. They will see a wider release on June 7 at stockists such as END. Clothing.
