Final 'X-Men: Dark Phoenix' Trailer Shows Jean Grey's Immense Power
“When I lose control, bad things happen.”
The final trailer for the final X-Men film under 20th Century Fox has released, showcasing the titular Dark Phoenix Jean Grey and incredible displays of her newfound power. In the footage above, we get a more story-heavy trailer featuring a lot of feats from the insane telekinetic that were previously only hinted at in older footage released, like her attack on Jennifer Lawrence and Michael Fassbender‘s Mystique and Magneto, respectively.
We see that a mission to space in order to save a crew of astronauts leads her to absorb the power of The Phoenix and that once she returns to Earth she begins to suffer her mental breakdowns. Game of Throne’s Sophie Turner stars as Jean Grey, picking up after the events of X-Men: Apocalypse.
