slowthai's “Gorgeous” Video Is a Love Letter to His Hometown
It’s all about “self-worth.”
slowthai has followed up with visuals for his recently released single “Gorgeous,” using lo-fi aesthetic over his hometown of Northampton.
The artist explained in a press release his inspirations for the track: “Reflect and feel ugly, compare to see the worst, the truths we’ve learn taking turns chucking stones in glass homes, gorgeous, with self worth, your gorgeous, with self worth, you’re gorgeous.”
The track is scheduled to appear on slowthai’s debut album Nothing Great About Britain, which is expected to drop on May 17.
