sacai Taps Dr. Woo for a Limited Edition Capsule
Set to hit Dover Street Market locations around the world.
Following up on their recent joint effort from late 2018, sacai once again teams up with Los Angeles-based tattoo artist Dr. Woo on a limited edition capsule.
Comprised of delicate silk and cotton pieces, each item in the range has then been meticulously embroidered with intricate designs from Dr. Woo including eagles, spiders, barbed wire and flowers motifs. Color-blocked Souvenir jackets and the decked out zipper hoodies take the helm of this collection, while loose fitting T-shirts and long-sleeved tees have also been made available.
Set to release in two batches, look for the T-shirts and hoodies to release this Saturday, April 27 at select sacai retailers; the collection will range from ¥32,000 JPY to ¥46,000 JPY (approximately $286 USD to $411 USD).
The “sacai gem” collection, which features the Souvenir jackets, will release on May 18 exclusively at Dover Street Market locations in London, Tokyo, New York, Los Angles, Singapore, and Beijing ranging from ¥82,000 JPY to ¥135,000 JPY (approximately $733 USD to $1,206 USD).
