PUMA has released two colorblocked iterations of its Thunder Nature silhouette for Spring/Summer 2019. The new Thunder Natures combine a chunky sculpted sole unit with a streamlined leather and suede upper, drawing inspiration from PUMA’s ’90s CELL System running sneakers, its Alexander McQueen collaborations and the human anatomy.
Releasing in a bold “Nasturtium/Silver Grey/Whisper White” colorway and a subtler “Pale Khaki/Cloud Cream/Bluestone” offering, the Thunder Nature’s panelled upper delivers a multitude of layers and textures which tap into the shapes and designs of its retro heritage.
The Thunder Nature is complete with an IMEVA midsole, delivering support and traction through its chiselled rubber outsole, and sees a number of PUMA emblems throughout such as the cat logo on the tongue tab and “PUMA” branded heel tab.
The two PUMA Thunder Nature’s are available from retailers such as Sneakersnstuff and are priced at £109 GBP (approx. $140 USD).
