Abe Hiroyuki to Display Rare Stüssy at Fukuoka Pop-Up
Grails galore.
Streetwear legend Abe Hiroyuki will display his rarest Stüssy collection during a two-week pop-up event. The streetwear collector and founder of Harajuku’s renowned vintage store PENGUIN TRIPPER will be hosting a curated pop-up store at chain retailer CIAOPANIC‘s Fukuoka flagship.
Hiroyuki’s PENGUIN TRIPPER is celebrated for its premium vintage and archival streetwear brands, ranging from Stüssy to decades-old UNDERCOVER and more. The Stüssy line-up includes obscure graphic tees, all-over print short-sleeves, mashed-up shirts and rare finds like a Rolling Stones collaboration. As part of the event’s opening celebration, Hiroyuki will select a limited array of products from his vast archive of streetwear essentials, though the Stüssy goods are at the core of the drop.
CIAOPANIC Fukuoka will host the pop-up from April 6 – 21.
Meanwhile, COMME des GARÇONS CDG‘s forthcoming Marunouchi store will launch with one-off Stüssy T-shirts.
