LeBron James Bows out of Remaining Games Due to Injury
Following a tough season with the Lakers.

After failing to make the NBA Playoffs, LeBron James is ending the season early. According to the Los Angeles Lakers, the star player will miss the last six games due to a strained groin injury.
In a statement made by president Magic Johnson and GM Rob Pelinka, their choice to pull James out early was influenced by suggestions from team doctors and medical stuff. “This decision will allow his groin to fully heal, and is best for the future success of both LeBron and the Lakers.”
The injury in focus was from the Lakers’ Christmas Day 2018 game against the Golden State Warriors. Although purple and gold reigned that day with a deficit of 26 points, James’ groin injury led him to miss 17 games following that win.
