A-COLD-WALL* Drops Mondrian-Inspired Contrast Panel Wool Coat
The latest avant-garde offering from Samuel Ross.

A-COLD-WALL* has released a pure wool asymmetrical Mondrian-inspired coat, tapping the artists’ geometric color-blocked style. The Spring/Summer 2019 piece sees Samuel Ross reinterpret the formal single-breasted coat, adding contrasting black, yellow and red panels on the front and cutting the neckline into a round slashed swoop.
The A-COLD-WALL* contrast panel coat features geometric cut-outs throughout, seeing oval-shaped holes on the back of the arms, a semi-circle cut out of the back of the coat and a zippable sleeve on the left arm, giving the sleeve a pyramid effect. A single black button brings the coat together, combining the swooped neck on the right with the straight-cut left-hand side.
Finished with long sleeves, the A-COLD-WALL* contrast panel coat is available to purchase at retailers such as Browns for £1,190 GBP (approx. $1,700 USD).
