kolor Teams Up With Shiseido on New Grooming Kit
With a nifty travel bag to carry it all.
kolor would like you to wash your face this spring, and so the brand has linked up with Japanese skincare giant Shiseido on a new grooming collection. Aptly titled “THE GROOMING,” the lineup includes a body wash, lotion and moisturizing essence (which serves a different purpose from lotion). The alcohol-free skincare products promise to relieve dry skin, perfect for those of us emerging from the winter months. And as the products are all sized under 100 ml, you’ll be able to fit them in your carryon for your next flight.
The Shiseido collaboration will also feature a black travel bag by kolor’s Junichi Abe. The utilitarian black carryall features a khaki interior to match the green bottles, with pouches and compartments to fit your full skincare routine along with accessories like a toothbrush and razor. Its rope and hook attachment make it easy to hang up the bag in your bathroom.
This isn’t the first time Shiseido has collaborated with a fashion brand. The cosmetics company also linked up with PORTER back in 2015 on a black carrying pouch and lineup of travel-sized skincare products. More recently, we’ve also seen RIMOWA lend its sleek suitcase design to a limited-edition Aesop travel kit.
The Shiseido “THE GROOMING” × “kolor” travel kit will be available on March 23 on Shiseido’s Japanese website and select stores. Prices will range from ¥1,300 JPY (approximately $12 USD) to ¥3,000 JPY (approximately $27 USD).
