Billy Batson Learns More About His Powers in New 'Shazam!' Trailer

Following up the first trailer unveil at San Diego Comic-Con, DC Comics and Warner Bros. recently delivered its second trailer for Shazam!.
Serving as the first wacky turn in the DC cinematic universe, the film tells the story of how teenage Billy Batson became the hero known as Shazam. The latest trailer for the film reveals the moment Billy is granted his powers by an enigmatic ancient wizard and the hilarity that ensues when he discovers he is now a superhero. Aside from discovering his superstrength, electricity manipulation and hyperspeed, Billy also realizes he can now buy beer while in his new adult body. Near the end of the new clip, we also get a look at how Shazam’s powers will be tested by the nefarious Doctor Sivana.
Watch the latest trailer above and expect DC Comics and Warner Bros. Picture’s Shazam! to hit theatres April 5.
