Rilès Continues His Momentum With “Remind Me”
The new single was produced and written by himself.
French newcomer Rilès continues his strong run with his newest track “Remind Me.” The record is produced and written by Rilès and is the newest single off his upcoming album. For “Remind Me,” Rilès walks fans through his last year and how nuts it has been.
“On this track, I talk about all the stuff that happened to me last year, between the shows, the deals, the travel, all the business aspect being an artist in the industry and how much energy it takes away from you,” he told HYPEBEAST.
He continues, “I remember being on the phone with my accountant for a last-minute emergency literally seconds before jumping onstage for one of the biggest festivals I’d done. All those back and forth between new countries, new meetings and new adventures left not much space in my mind to remember all the people I had met. It happened a lot, but when somebody came to me during a show or a meeting saying “hey do you remember me?” most of the time I literally had no idea.”
Most recently, Rilès teamed up with Snoop Dogg for the infectious lead single “Marijuana.” After skyrocketing to popularity in France where he composed mixed and mastered one song per week for a year with his concept Rilèsundayz, Rilès is looking to make an impact in the States.
