IDK Takes Shots at Logic on “Trigger Happy"
He also drops the visuals for the song, which was directed by Jason Mills.
IDK set shots towards Logic and his manager on his latest single, “Trigger Happy.” The rapper claims Logic and his team tried to ruin his record deal after the IWasVeryBad rapper called out Logic for “trying to prove that he’s Black.”
“Logic and his manager tried to ruin my deal/I guess that’s what happens when you tell a nigga who spent his whole career proving that he’s Black that he ain’t black still/But when you taking food out my fridge I ain’t gotta chill,” Idk raps. Logic is biracial, with a Black father and a White mother.
In addition to the new single, the 26-year-old Maryland spitta also released an accompanying video, which was directed by Jason Mills. IDK released his mixtape IDK & Friends last November and is currently working on his new album called Ishereal.
