Ron Herman Gives the G-Shock GWX-5700 a Malibu-Blue Makeover

G-Shock has enlisted the Malibu mindset of Ron Herman for its latest collaboration on the Casio brand’s staple GWX-5700CS- 1 JF watch.
Seeing a light blue design, the Ron Herman collaboration gives the toughened G-Shock a bright and playful surfing aesthetic. From the Ron Herman wave-inspired branding to the hits of white throughout, this collaboration is a homage to surfing and the sea. To set this timepiece apart from the rest, G-Shock equipped the GWX with a tide table graph, reading 100 unique tide points across the globe. The G-Shock model is water and shock resistant and is finished with the Ron Herman logo engraved into the rear of the watch’s face.
No release date has been confirmed as of yet, although we can expect a retail price of JP¥29,000 excluding tax (approx. $280 USD including tax).
