McIntosh has built a long-lasting reputation for supreme quality audio products over the past 70 years. From amplifiers, receivers, speakers, and more – the New York-based brand has excelled at making legendary home audio products for all types of stereo and theater systems. Now the manufacturer has returned with the sleek new high-fidelity RS200 Wireless Loudspeaker System that dons a menacing 650 watts of power.
Toting eight drivers, consisting of two 4” x 6” woofers, four 2” midranges, and two ¾” tweeters, the new speaker might be the most sonically advanced wireless system on the market – allowing for a maximal high and low-frequency range. A subwoofer port on the rear has been implemented in case the included woofers don’t meet your low-end qualifications. It is equally pre-loaded with a 3-position EQ switch that allows users to set their audio-listening preferences with ease. On top of the aforementioned, the RS200 comes with various streaming capabilities, featuring Apple AirPlay, Bluetooth 5.0 for increased audio streaming quality, and is Alexa enabled.
Take a look at the new speaker above, and if you’re interested in purchasing your own McIntosh RS200 head over to the brand’s web store to find a stockist near you. The retail price is set at $3,000 USD.
