Lanvin's Trail-Runner Lightning Sneaker Is Now Available
With a zigzag eyestay.

Lanvin’s sporty take on the trail shoe has finally released. As part of the label’s Spring/Summer 2019 footwear collection, the Lightning Sneaker sees creamy nappa leather mixed in with leather panels that have been treated with 3M reflective material. The trail sneaker also makes use of a clever zigzag pattern that goes from the toe area, then acts as the eyestay, finally connecting to the heel support.
Branding is kept simple as the only indication of the label can be seen in the “LANVIN” text across the heel loop. Cushioning comes in the form of a sponge-like midfoot that’s sandwiched between the uppers and the toothed outsole. Those looking for a premium take on a trail-running shoe can find these Lanvin Lightning Sneakers over at MATCHESFASHION.COM for a retail price of $1,032 USD.
