clothsurgeon Creates a Luxe Bomber from a LV Monogram Shawl
Part of the “RECONSTRUCT PROJECT.”
clothsurgeon kicks off its “RECONSTRUCT PROJECT” by releasing a special bespoke bomber for British artist Octavian. Made from Louis Vuitton’s silk/wool shawl, the fabric incorporates a tone-on-tone Monogram pattern with LV’s signature in-weaved jacquard.
The bomber also features large front-zipped utility pockets, a small check pocket, internal silver-foiled pockets, Riri hardware, navy satin lining, and a sheepskin fur collar. The main focus of this bomber is clearly shown in the exterior, where LV’s 60% silk / 40% wool shawl can be seen blanketing the padded silhouette. The RECONSTRUCT PROJECT LV.001 will be offered in a total of five examples where the purchaser has the option of selecting his/her desired shawl color from Louis Vuitton‘s scarf accessories range.
The price of this custom bomber is £2,450 GBP (approximately $3160 USD) and can be ordered at clothsurgeon’s web store.
