Ever since the success of the END. x Shadow 5000 “Burger,” American footwear purveyor Saucony has been releasing more and more food-inspired colorways. This time around, the label fuses its Shadow 6000 model with the mouth-watering avocado toast.

Resembling the colors of the healthy breakfast treat, two shades of green rest atop a layer of light brown that houses the debossed “Saucamole” motif at the rear. Implementing hairy suede and smooth leather to give a more vivid representation of guacamole’s paste-like texture, a smoother surface serves to recreate the layer of the toast’s crispy crust. A plethora of red speckles appear on the inner lining to mimic chilli flakes while avocado-esque branding on the tongue tab and insole top off the playful design of this edition.

Pricing at $140 USD, the Saucony Shadow 6000 “Avocado Toast” is set drop on February 26 on the brand’s website and at select retailers such as History of New York. Make sure to mark your calendars.
