The latest editorial from Vancouver retailer /017 looks to highlight the defiant theme of KOMAKINO‘s Spring/Summer 2019 collection.
The cold-toned photo set accents the gritty aesthetic of the prints, from David Cronenberg’s Crash, plastered on the striking garments that make up the range. For SS19, KOMAKINO utilized unorthodox hemline placements, removable straps and convertible zipper closures to express its signature sub-culture tinged aesthetic. Some notable items include the back zip MA-1 Bomber Jacket, relaxed fit Vaughan T-shirt and unique Car Crash Apron accessory.
