Ollech & Wajs Updates Its Watches With a New Unique Steel Bracelet
Each link is individually machined and brushed.
After just being relaunched recently, Swiss watchmaker Ollech & Wajs has updated its roster of timepieces with a newly-designed ‘beads of rice’ steel bracelet, elevating its tool watch aesthetic.
Inspired by some of the brand’s very own bracelet designs back in the ’60s — such as the Caribbean 1000 — the new band is constructed of a series of links each of which are individually machined from a solid block of 316L stainless steel. Each steel link is then carefully brushed, assembled, and screwed by hand with the utmost care and precision. According to O&W, this painstaking process prevents the bracelet from the usual stretching common among its pressed counterparts. With divers in mind, the steel bracelet is finished with a double lock deployant clasp for both ease of use and extra security.
The new Ollech & Wajs stainless steel bracelets are now available and come with most watches offered by the Swiss brand. Head over to its website for a look at their collection now.
