HODINKEE Launches Its First Book With Assouline
Suitable for both new collectors and connoisseurs alike.

After releasing a series of magazines, horological experts HODINKEE has finally launched its first book with the help of Assouline, a New York-based book publisher specializing in large coffee table books.
The 261-page tome weighs a hefty 5.6 pounds and is written for both watch enthusiasts and those new to the subject: “For our debut, we wanted to do something that would appeal to anyone and everyone who has the slightest interest in watches,” says HODINKEE. “Whether you are new to the game or have been scouring flea markets since you could walk, we want you to be able to pick up this book and gain a greater understanding of watches and all they have to offer.” Spanning nine chapters, each written by one of the website’s editors, the book covers everything watch related — from sports and military watches to vintage watches, and the most iconic models.
For those interested, Watches: A Guide by HODINKEE is now available just in time for holiday season. Retailing for $85 USD, head over to the company’s online store to order yours now.
