Google Search Allows Users to Add Movies and Shows to Personalized Watchlist
A new way to keep track of entertainment across all platforms.

With more streaming services and ways to view entertainment available now more than ever, it can become difficult to keep track of all the shows and movies you want to watch in your free time. In response to a lack of ways to keep track of entertainment across all platforms, Google Search has added a new feature to its repertoire that allows users to create personalized “Watchlists.”
The new feature adds a simple, yet useful organization option to the search tool. Between two bookmark collections “Watchlist” and “Watched,” users are able to easily compile a list of titles they’ve been keeping their eyes on and remember ones they’ve already enjoyed across all platforms.
To make the bookmarked lists even easier to navigate, each saved item includes a “Watch now” button that takes the user directly to a site that allows streaming of the show or movie, such as Netflix or YouTube. If a movie is available to watch in theaters, an option to “Get tickets” will be available and will direct users to a Showtimes tab.
The feature has reportedly been rolling our over the past few days on mobile web browsers and on the Google app for Android and iOS.
