Copenhagen International Fashion Fair — best known as CIFF — has announced a range of new collaborators and projects for its special projects area. Curated by Stavros Karelis of London-based store MACHINE-A, the 2020 fair will include a partnership with A$AP Nast and a sustainability-focused initiative with denim label Lee featuring CIFF designers-in-residence Bethany Williams and Duran Lantink.

A$AP Nast’s involvement in the three-day event, which runs from January 29 until January 31, will see him debut a collaboration with Pangea and host a pop-up titled “Please Don’t Pet.” The project from Bethany Williams and Duran Lantink will see the designers present collections in partnership with Lee, featuring deadstock denim from the brand and innovation fabrics. Orsola de Castro of Fashion Revolution and The Bear Scouts’ Dio Kurazawa will also be involved.

While this isn’t the first time that CIFF has enlisted a range of collaborators — 2018 saw Virgil Abloh, Naomi Campbell and Peter Saville all participate — January’s event marks the first time that the event has been open to the public.

In other fashion news, Futura Laboratories and HUMAN MADE have a new collaboration.
