Converse Drops Chuck 70 Hi in Psychedelic "Egret/Multi" Swirls
An explosion of colors.
Shortly after unveiling its partnership with Joy Division and PLEASURES, Converse has returned with the latest iteration of its Chuck 70 Hi silhouette. The sneakers have been painted in vivid psychedelic swirls of “Egret/Multi.”
Doused in marbly hues of pink, blue, yellow and orange, the bold pattern is sporadically applied over all of the uppers. Offsetting the loud prints, flat cream-colored laces appear along the forefoot, looped through silver-tone eyelets that match two metallic vents that sit around the mudguards. While the lateral sides are kept clean, the medial sides come with Converse’s All-Star patch logo in black, debossed in silver foil. All of these details sit atop a vintage “Egret”-toned midsole, finished off with thin black strike-through accents and a rubber brand patch stamped at the heel.
