COMME des GARÇONS CDG Ends 2019 With Collaborative Vans Lampin, Logo-Rich Layers
One more limited drop before 2020.

COMME des GARÇONS and Vans are no strangers to collaborative kicks, having offered up various iterations of the Vans Authentic over the years. Now, the youthful CDG sub-label is getting in on the auction, launching a different sneaker model alongside a set of timely graphic layering pieces.
For the first time, a COMME des GARÇONS sub-label is remixing the Vans Lampin, serving up a monotone shoe emblazoned with the familiar all-over CDG branding. Black leather graces the upper in the familiar Lampin shape, with a plush lining and silver eyelets underlining the premium motif. Accompanying the new shoe is a set of black-and-white (naturally) hoodies and sweaters ringing in the new year. The stacked “CDG” text appears on each item, accented by a metallic gold “2020” for an extra hit of visual interest.
CDG’s web store will host the drop on December 11, but Dover Street Market outposts and CDG’s Maronuchi store will offer the sneakers even sooner.
Meanwhile, Dover Street Market celebrated its 15th anniversary with plentiful “MONOCHROMARKET” exclusives.
