WTAPS Wraps Bold Nylon Patches Over Soft Jersey Crewnecks

Following its collaboration with HUMAN MADE, WTAPS has returned with its latest FW19 essentials — a set of crewnecks wrapped around with nylon “WTAPS” patches.
The silhouette comes in black and grey iterations that have been built with a boxy cut. The black sweater boasts bright orange panels around the shoulders, cuffs and waist. Its grey counterpart features contrasting black swatches. Each patch has been detailed with “WTAPS” branding and “35°40’11.6”N139°42’32.4”E,” the coordinates of WTAPS’ atelier in Shibuya, Tokyo. Holding a sleek finish, the nylon patches are set against a brushed jersey cotton base that’s soft to the touch. Other details like the label’s white patch logo at the bottom right hem and a tiny tab on the left round up the designs of the silhouette.
