Legendary skater Geoff Rowley and Vans are continuing their 20th anniversary celebrations with an all-new collaboration with London-based collector and archivist pillowHeat. The new collaboration sees Rowley and pillowHeat rework the skater’s signature Rowley Pro, which first released in 1999, with an aesthetic inspired by Vans’ heritage.
The new design sees the shoe given a colorful makeover, with a bold blue and red colorway inspired by two-tone designs from the mid to late 1970s. Continuing to reference heritage Vans designs, the iconic checkerboard pattern also appears on the shoe’s outsole.
Take a look at the Geoff Rowley x pillowHeat x Vans Rowley Pro in the gallery above. The sneaker will be strictly limited to just 66 pairs, all of which will be available from pillowHeat’s store — located on the first floor of the Vans Carnaby Street location in London — on November 23.
