South Florida underground rapper Pouya has teamed with Rocci for a brand new video and single title “life?…lol,” off of the deluxe version of his latest album, The South Got Something To Say.

Within the hazy heartbreak track, Pouya exemplifies themes surrounding loneliness and lost love, portraying his paralyzation both mentally and physically. Framed as a short film, the poignant video showcases Pouya in a paralyzed state as he raps out his verses — he’s seen being washed, unable to move and eat, and more. This is intercut with a short scene showing his ex-lover finding someone new. The final part of the video returns to Pouya as he sits in a wheelchair with pants over his face, eventually driving into a lake to his demise.

You can watch the video for “life?…lol” above and stream the single below. Pouya’s deluxe version of The South Got Something To Say will feature four new tracks — the release date is currently unknown.
