Odell Beckham Jr.'s Week 9 Pregame Cleats Get Air Foamposite One "Alternate Galaxy" Rework

Odell Beckham Jr. hit the pitch on November 3 with two new cleats, one of which drew inspiration from the Nike Air Foamposite One “Alternate Galaxy.” The pair follows on from Week Three’s archive-inspired cleats, which sported side panels taken from the 2012 Air Foamposite One “Galaxy” alongside glow-in-the-dark soles.
Week Nine saw OBJ and his team play against the Denver Broncos. During the pregame, he debuted the new cleats on foot, sporting an all-over “Alternate Galaxy” colorway complete with solid black cleated soles. Complementing this is a solid black smooth leather forefoot, which spans up from the toe box, into the eyestay and up onto the fabric-knitted collar.
The Nike Vapor Untouchable Pro 3 OBJ Uptempo Cleat also appeared in a clean white, black and orange colorway inspired by the Air Zoom Generation. Smooth white leather is contrasted by Uptempo-inspired OBJ branding on the medial side-panel, as well as an orange-lined Swoosh insignia on the lateral side. The theme is continued throughout with an orange Swoosh on the toe box and heel, as well as orange OBJ embroidery on the tongue.
Take a look at both pairs above, and keep an eye out for what Odell Beckham Jr. and Nike will deliver next in their line of archive-inspired cleats.
