Gundam RX-78-2 Colors Dress ASICS' Latest GEL-Kinsei OG

Continuing to craft lifestyle color takes on its technical running models, ASICS recently put together a new take on the GEL-Kinsei OG with colors synonymous with the iconic Gundam RX-78-2.
This time around, the shoe’s highly technical upper features a clean white mesh/synthetic leather base accented by dynamic lines, contrasting blue mesh and a striking grey mesh tongue. Branding on the shoe comes in the form of “a” motifs at the toebox and tongue badge, ASICS logo markings at the heel, midfoot Stripe logos, GEL-Kinsei notation at the rear and printed insoles. Elevating the shoe is the Kinsei signature six-prong GEL heel cushioning system anchored by a translucent yellow TPU shank paired with a GEL encapsulated forefoot region complete with a red/yellow/black rubber outsole.
