Clive Owen Set to Play Bill Clinton in Third Season of 'American Crime Story'
Titled ‘Impeachment.’
FX has just confirmed that its third season Impeachment: American Crime Story, involving the sex scandal of Bill Clinton, will star Oscar-nominated actor Clive Owen.
The Monica Lewinsky-produced limited series follows the successful first two seasons The People v. O.J. Simpson: ACS and The Assassination of Gianni Versace: ACS — both with multiple Emmy nominations. The casting of Hillary Clinton is still ongoing but Fox 21 Television Studios and FX Production looks to premiere the third installment next year in late September.
In other entertainment news, Joker is the first R-rated movie to make $1 billion USD.
