MR PORTER Taps Stone Island for Exclusive SS20 Capsule
Coming in a color palette of “Blush Pink,” “Charcoal” and “Cream.”
MR PORTER has enlisted iconic Italian outerwear label Stone Island for its latest exclusive release. The nine-piece Spring/Summer 2020 collection includes outerwear, knitwear and trousers, as well as focusing on Stone Island’s signature innovative fabrics.
The stand-out material used in this collection is David-TC, which is used for outerwear and trousers. This Japanese fabric is garment-dyed to guarantee softness and heat-compressed to give it an anti-drop and water-resistant coating.
The collection comes in a color palette of “Blush Pink,” “Charcoal” and “Cream,” with some of the key pieces being the faux-shearling trimmed parka with a detachable liner and the cream and charcoal rollneck sweater. Elsewhere, the capsule includes two cargo trousers, knitted jumpers complete with Stone Island’s compass logo and winter-ready coats.
