Roddy Ricch Drops New Visual for Gunna-Assisted Single "Start Wit Me"
The West Coast star has a new project on the way.
Last week, Roddy Ricch linked up with Gunna for his latest single. Titled “Start Wit Me,” the young West Coast star’s new, Jasper Harris- and JetsonMade-produced record serves as a preview of his forthcoming studio project Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial. Now, continuing to support his recent track with Gunna, Roddy Ricch is unveiling the official music video for “Start Wit Me.”
“I have this n***a on back of a carton / Spend Larry Bird, 33 on Cartier / I got 33 bitches with me / I’ma float to through the city, sippin’ on some Chardonnay,” Roddy Ricch croons on “Start Wit Me.” “F*ck it, I’ma buy it out the bar today / F*ck it, I’m buying out Barney’s, ay / I’ma hang with the gangbangers / He only hang with the feds and the rats and the mice / And my young n***a pull up with the bullets / I’ma pull up with the strap, we gon’ get him on sight / We gon’ make a thriller like Mike.”
“I bought some music equipment when I was like 16, I was f*ckin’ wit it; I was recording myself, all that, then it just grew from there,” Roddy Ricch shared with XXL earlier this year, opening up about his origins as an artist.
