Nike Debuts Vibrant "Multicolor" Adapt BB
Arriving this week.
Nike continues to roll out more iterations of its self-lacing Adapt BB basketball sneaker, this time in a vibrant “Multicolor” scheme just ahead of the new NBA season.
Originally introduced during the 2018-19 NBA season, the updated app-powered model features a technicolor woven upper, black-and-white grid-patterned heel counter, and a red, yellow and blue outlined Swoosh insignia. This all then sits atop a contrasting white midsole, while the translucent outsole still caters to its “Multicolor” moniker.
Designed with “electric adaptable reaction lacing” (EARL) technology, the wearer can adjust the tightness of the sneaker for various in-game moments. The Nike Adapt BB has already been seen numerous times on-court in both the NBA and NCAA.
Interested fans will be able to purchase the Nike Adapt BB “Multicolor” when it releases this Friday, October 4 at 10 a.m. EST via the SNKRS app for a retail price of $350 USD.
