Nike Debuts the Mind 001 Slip-On In "Purple Smoke"
Perforated paneling and pod-studded tooling carry the smoky purple through the base.

Nike is rolling out the Mind 001 slip-on in a “Purple Smoke” colorway for Fall/Winter 2026. The pale off-white upper sets the tone, while smoky purple shades layered beneath give the low-profile silhouette its depth and its name.
The upper keeps things quiet before the details take over. Small perforations run along the sides, joined by a larger perforated panel down the top of the foot, so the vented construction doubles as the shoe’s main visual texture. Metallic Swooshes are set into both zones, and the same muted purple continues onto the footbed, where Nike Mind and Mind Science Department branding sit inside.
Underfoot is where the color concentrates. Rounded pods are spread across the outsole and seated within a cream-colored base, with several of them peeking out from the side for a glimpse of the tooling. The bottom carries Nike Mind branding at the toe and Mind Science Department branding near the heel, tying the slip-on into the rest of the Mind lineup.
The result reads as a stripped-back take on the line’s pod-based platform, trading laces and structure for an easy step-in build while keeping the smoky purple palette as its throughline.
