Nike Wraps the Mind 002 Slip-On in Cooling “Work Blue”
The palette-swap keeps the model’s original two-tone blocking, this time reworking the neuroscience-tuned slip-on in calmer shades.
Nike has revealed a “Work Blue” colorway of the Mind 002, dressing its neuroscience-minded slip-on in a cooler palette for Fall/Winter. The makeover reworks the model’s established look rather than reshaping the shoe itself, pairing a blue-forward upper with a bright accent.
The colorway sticks to the blueprint the Mind 002 debuted with. Its two-tone blocking carries over, but this run fills that structure with cooler shades across the upper, giving the slip-on a calmer, more subdued read. The lead tone is a Horizon Blue that sets the mood for the whole makeup.
Against those cool shades, the shoe reworks its high-visibility detailing through a Light Lemon Twist trim. It functions as the makeup’s one jolt of contrast, a fresh take on the hi-vis accenting that keeps the pair from reading as entirely monochromatic.
Underpinning the colorway is the Mind line itself, Nike’s slip-on platform positioned around its neuroscience angle.The 002 sits as the more attainable, everyday-ready entry point into that family, a lower-key counterpart to the sold-out, resale-inflated Mind 001.
