After a few teasers and unveiling the titles for the forthcoming episodes, Netflix has just shared the official release date for the third season of Stranger Things.

Announced at the stroke of midnight on New Year’s Day, the new season will return on July 4, 2019 and will be comprised of eight new chapters.

Along with announcing the show’s return date, the streaming giant also shared a new poster and teaser video filled with cryptic clues. Included in the footage is Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve from 1985 and shots of a computer interface with clues such as “When Blue and Yellow Meet in the West” and a hidden figure tapping out commands to launch the program “SilverCatFeeds.exe.” Take a look at the new teaser trailer above and head over to reddit to decode.
