Maison Margiela Revamps Its Retro Fit Low Trainer in Matte Black

Maison Margiela is back with a new iteration of its “chunky sneaker” trend-focused trainer. With the new iteration, the Parisian imprint has given the Retro Fit Low sneaker a matte black and gold treatment. The unique shoe’s upper is made from a laminated textile, toting a variety of foam-esque inserts, velcro fastening straps, and the usual numbers-logo branding in murdered-out black. The upper sits atop the similarly-toned chunky sole which dons blue-mercurial hits near the heel.
