HAVEN's FW19 Collection Is Inspired by the Four Seasons of Canada
Reimagining classic military and workwear garments.
Continuing to build out its in-house line, Canadian retailer HAVEN recently unveiled its latest Fall/Winter 2019 collection.
Inspired by the four seasons of Canada, the range is designed to combat the harsh conditions and demanding transitional periods of the Great White North with reimaging of classic military and workwear garments. Produced to meet the highest standards in Canada and Japan, the hard-wearing garments are constructed of premium fabrics and feature ingenious functional design details.
The FW19 collection utilizes a mashup of contemporary and traditional textiles to form a garment that expresses function, comfort, and aesthetics. A prime example is the layering and contrasting of Primaloft® insulation found on outerwear, tops, and bottoms. The Polartec® fleece mid layers offer optimal thermal warmth retention in layering, while a CORDURA® cotton and nylon blend is used on rugged bottoms for an unparalleled level of weather resistance.
Some standout items include a multi-pocket workman’s jacket that’s marked by a corduroy collar and suede sleeve patches, padding cargo trousers, and a selection of nylon carrying options decorated with tonal hardware.
