GREG LABORATORY has released its Season 7 collection, “Time Loosens Reality,” for Fall/Winter 2026. The theme is time itself, including both its rewards and its toll, and how it shapes the brand’s recurring cast of “Protagonists.” In practice, that idea shows up in clothing designed to age well: everyday staples built to work across seasons, climates and settings.
Fabric is central to the collection. GREG LABORATORY mixes natural and synthetic fibers throughout the range, aiming for pieces that perform, stay practical and hold up over years of wear. The approach fits how the label works overall: every garment is designed, tested and made in New York City using performance-focused Japanese materials.
Several returning staples now come in heavier fabrics. The brand’s signature pant comes back in a heavyweight cotton-nylon with added water repellency, making it more suited to bad weather. The returning shirt and suiting move into weightier cotton-silk blends and textured poly wool twills, giving the tailoring more structure for colder months.
The newer pieces build on earlier designs. The full-zip sweater updates a past model in a double-face fleece that is both heavier and softer to the touch. The technical jacket from Spring/Summer 2026 also returns in a more refined version, now made in mid-weight Ventile with a DWR finish, with hidden chest and hand pockets, and with pleating across the back that gives it a rounder shape.
The most notable addition is the new High Pile Fleece Vest. It is lined in the same fabric as the shell and cropped to sit right at the waist. It has two hand pockets plus the circular chest pockets that have become a GREG LABORATORY signature.
