99% IS- SS19 Collection Is a Testament to Punk Aesthetics

After making its SS19 collection available for pre-order, 99%IS- recently spotlighted its latest punk style apparel with a colorful lookbook. The fun-loving photoset is set in a graffiti-covered bedroom with colorful artwork, distressed walls and a paint-splattered bed.
In the midst of all the beautiful madness, all the outfits featured portray the distinct sub-culture aesthetic of designer Bajowoo. The loud looks are styled in a loose, carefree vibe, while sticking to the grunge, goth and hardcore roots of the label.
Colorful sunglasses, heavy distressing on sleeves and pants, along with colorful, powerful prints serve as major elements of 99%IS-’s SS19 collection. The mismatched displays also reveal some of the technical detailing and outlandish decoration of the collection, such as extra zippers in unconventional places, several small metal accessories, extra drawstrings etc.
