Y-3 recently debuted a brand new colorway variant of its Kaiwa model, opting to drench the statement runner in varying shades of red. Previously exploring its tonal black and yellow predecessors, the new rendition features a mixed material makeup comprised of leather and suede along the front portion of the upper, while the tongue, collar and heel area appear to take on a neoprene-fashioned build.

Placed below, we see a clean white midsole complete with sculpted black protrusions to go along with a treaded outsole. Artistic accents show up in the Y-3 branded heel patch, in addition to the tongue emblem overlay highlighting a stitched image of Yohji Yamamoto’s signature. Priced at $377 USD, you can find this new Y-3 Kaiwa model now at Antonioli.

In case you missed it, Ronnie Fieg teased his Odell Beckham Jr. x Nike Air Force 1 “Friends and Family” sneaker.
